1. The product
Candlyx sells an online educational course about crypto trading, split into three levels sold separately (Foundations, Technical Analysis, Strategy & Risk). Each level consists of an illustrated PDF guide and a narrated video lesson, available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Chinese. The buyer chooses the language at checkout. Buying one level does not include the others.
2. Educational purpose only — risk warning
The course is for educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading crypto-assets carries a high risk of losing money, which can exceed your deposit when leverage is used. Past performance does not predict future results. No result or income is promised or guaranteed. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
3. Price and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20).
- At checkout you receive a unique amount (the price plus a few cents) so that your payment can be matched automatically. Send exactly that amount to the address shown.
- Payments sent on another network, in another token, or to another address cannot be recovered.
- You are responsible for any network or exchange withdrawal fees.
4. Delivery
After your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your personal links are displayed on the payment page and sent from info@candlyx.com to the email address you entered: one link to the PDF guide and one to the video lesson of the level you purchased, in the language you chose. Access is usually granted within minutes and is valid for life. Please do not share your links; links that are clearly being shared publicly may be disabled.
5. Refunds
Because the course is digital content delivered immediately after payment, sales are final once the links have been issued. If a file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you in USDT to the sending address. If you paid but did not receive access, contact us with your transaction ID (TXID) and we will deliver your course or refund you.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. Reselling, redistributing or publishing the materials is prohibited.
7. Privacy
- We collect only your email address, the course language, the level purchased and your blockchain transaction ID.
- We use them solely to deliver your course and answer support requests. We do not sell or share them, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- Blockchain transactions are public by nature and cannot be deleted.
- You can ask us to delete your email address at any time by writing to the address below.
- The site stores your preferred language in your browser. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
